A Few That Caught My Eye

Being ill allows you a heaping amount of free time. I split my time between some reading, some Modern Warfare 2, and thirdly a movie here and there. Was the flu a blessing in disguise? No. But I took the time to view some movies I hadn't seen in quite a while and some I had never seen. I enjoyed each thoroughly and would like to share with you, the general public, a few ending lines from the movies that both made me cry like Glenn Beck or smile like a gay man at an Outlet Mall.

3 reaction(s):

  1. The scenes from Blade Runner and Scent of a Woman are sensational.
    Also, the timing is good on each, because:
    a.) in philosophy class today, we briefly discussed Blade Runner, and
    b.) Scent of a Woman is easily the greatest Thanksgiving-centred film ever.

  2. Further introspection reveals perhaps an eerie level of insight on your film choices here, as
    c.) I shall be in Manhattan (granted, briefly) on Sunday
    d.) The Road, which is another Cormac McCarthy inspired film, is due out next week.
    Are you some sort of prophet, sir?
